Several very polite youngsters have been coming to the Centre to help out in any way they are able. Whatever task they are given we have been impressed at their perseverance to complete the task whatever the odds. They are always joyful and set about their work with high spirits and enthusiasm. We mustn’t forget the supervisor who also mucks in setting a fine example. There are up to 144 students at St Mary’s, which is a children’s charity that receives no grants from local government although the local authority will pay the fees subject to assessment. As always, Brownbread is pleased to be involved in such education that prepares the students to reach their independent full potential.
We are always pleased to help the rehabilitation of youngsters and are grateful to them and the courts for this inspired effort that helps both our Charity and the youngster. Kim is usually the supervisor; we are sorry to hear of her car breakdown but are pleased that she is back doing sterling work.
